Workaround:
- First check if the software runs locally. Do not use Remote desktop to test this.
- check with "netstat" if some program is using port 6001. Mostly the DNS Server services can use this port, but some other programs may do the same.
- Stop the service that uses the port.
- Start the sentinel service (superpro, or other)
- start the service that you had stopped.
A possible permanent solution is to install the latest superpro driver.
